HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview: The HR Admin Executive will play a critical role in managing various aspects of human resources, office administration, and employee engagement. This remote position requires a candidate who is willing to travel to the company office or other related places as required, in addition to performing HR and administrative duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: HR Administration:
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Assist in payroll administration, benefits management, and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate training and programs for team.
Office Management:
  • Oversee general office operations remotely and onsite to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Employee Engagement:
  • Organize virtual and in person team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs.
Accounts Management:
  • Support in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Process employee reimbursements, travel expenses, and vendor payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits as required.
Recruitment:
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate screening, and virtual interview coordination.
  • Prepare remote employment contracts, offer letters, and other recruitment documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for remote collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to remote work environments and manage tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
